Data we collect
When you send the contact form, we collect your first and last name, e-mail address, phone number if you provide it, the selected type of service and the content of the message. The server may record technical data such as the IP address for security and to prevent misuse.
Purpose and legal basis
We process data in order to respond to your inquiry, prepare an offer or take actions at your request before concluding a deal. We do not sell the data or use it for unsolicited marketing messages.
Retention and recipients
We retain inquiries and email correspondence that do not result in an agreed service for no longer than 12 months after the last communication, after which we delete them. Documentation relating to agreed services is retained according to applicable legal obligations and the need to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We obtain hosting through TJ studio d.o.o. Hosting and email providers may process data to operate the website and deliver messages.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing or lodge an objection. To exercise your rights, contact ante@skunca-it.hr. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency.
Cookies and external services
Google Analytics is enabled only if you allow analytics. We measure visits, phone and email clicks, and inquiries accepted by the server for delivery. Names, email addresses, phone numbers and message contents are not sent as analytics event parameters. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed using “Analytics settings” at the bottom of the page. The form works if you decline analytics.
According to the Google Analytics settings checked on 2 October 2026, event data is retained for 2 months and user data for 14 months. Resetting the user-data retention period on new user activity is enabled. These periods do not apply to standard aggregated reports.
